**Refund Policy**

we strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

**Cancellation & Refund Requests:**

– Cancellations must be made in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

– If you cancel before appointment date, you may be eligible for a full refund.

– if you cancel booking on the appointment date. You will be charged 100/-

**Refund Eligibility:**

– Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified time with reasons, such as dissatisfaction with the quality of service.

**Refund Process:**

– To request a refund, please go to the order section in our app and cancel the appointment.

– Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the request.

– Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

**No-Show Policy:**

– If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled service, you will not be eligible for a refund.


– We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
